Acne rosacea is an inflammatory skin disease with a multifactorial etiology. The characteristics of the disease include hyperreactivity of the blood vessels, mediated by the nervous system. Erythema and telangiectasias develop under the influence of several factors. In the course of acne rosacea there occur papules, pustules, and nodules.
