Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma is an aggressive malignancy with a high mortality rate. It accounts for 85-90% of all pancreatic tumours. Aim: To provide an updated overview on clinicopathological features, treatment and outcome of ductal adenocarcinoma of the pancreas and its variants.
