The results of complex extract (Sus Scrofa thymus, spleen and lymph nodes) and its fractions (molecular weight: <5 kDa; 5-30 kDa; >
30 kDa) study on alterations in morphology, blood biochemical status, and antioxidant capacity of Wistar rats with
cyclophosphamide immunodeficiency model are present in this article. The significant difference noted in fractions <5 kDa and
fractions >30 kDa that was a minimal tendency to recovery after immunosuppression. Thus, positive effect was in fraction 5-30 kDa,
it was revealed protein metabolism normalization leads to stable increase in rat weight, main renal stabilization background and
hepatic markers, corresponding to decrease in pathological changes in liver and kidneys. Also it was detected significant increase in
antioxidant blood serum activity and decrease in signal amplification in ESR spectroscopy. Further investigation advisability of
immune pig organs extracts fraction will be devoted to fraction 5-30 kDa, which demonstrated maximum therapeutic effect.
